Prices and engagement terms
Fees below exclude VAT, invoiced by SECURE-WIRELESS LTD. Each engagement has an agreed scope and a written fee before booking. Where a range is shown, the fee depends on the confirmed scope; deposits secure delivery windows and balances fall due on accepted deliverables.

How prices are selected.
Workflow Decision Sprint: £2,950 + VAT applies where an existing
relationship introduces the work (a delivery partner, a prior contact or a
referral); £3,500 + VAT applies to new buyers with no prior relationship,
and to regulated buyers (financial-services, legal-practice or public-sector
organisations) because of additional onboarding and assurance overhead —
including where a warm introduction leads to a regulated business.
Starter Pack: £495 for one team and up to five tools; £750 for
multi-team scope or more than five tools / integration with an existing
policy. Vendor Due-Diligence: £750 for one supplier with a standard
evidence pack; £995 for complex processing (sub-processors, data training,
international transfers) or two suppliers. Law-firm review: £1,000
for a single-office practice with up to three systems; £1,500 for
multi-office or larger system estates. Monitor: £300/month monitors
one agreed system; each additional agreed system adds £100/month, capped at
£800 — review cadence is set out in the order form.
All fees exclude VAT at the applicable rate; VAT is
added on invoices, which state the total payable. Day-rate consulting outside these products is scoped
per engagement: £650 + VAT / day when engaged direct; £550 + VAT / day via
delivery partners. Volume, start-date and payment-terms conditions can
justify a £500 floor — we will say when, and when not.
